Whilst we try to display goods on our site that are held in stock,if the ordered goods are not available we will advise you of this as soon as reasonably possible.You will be given the option of ordering an alternative product or receiving a full refund.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received payment in full.Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we dispatch to you the goods detailed in your order.
All drawings, specifications, sizes, photographs, descriptive matter and advertising published by us or contained on our site are issued only for giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them and colours shown are intended as a guide only.
The goods contract has not been formed until the goods have been distributed.

Pricing: All prices are in British Pounds and include VAT.We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes from 17.5%.The cost of delivering the goods are as set out under our Shipping costs and are based on the weight and shipping location.These carriage and insurance costs shall be added to the price to be paid by you.
Delivery: Following receipt and clearance of payment all purchases will be posted within 24hours(excluding Bank holidays as we are closed, please phone for details) but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so that we can fully notify you in the event of a delivery problem.
Your order will be packed and dispatched providing that;

We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order, then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch.

Returns policy
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of delivery including if
The product delivered is not what you ordered (including an unapproved substitute product) or does not correspond with it's description
The product delivered is not of satisfactory quality
The product arrives damaged or faulty and you have notified us within 7 working days
In order to receive a refund, the goods must be returned in their original unworn condition and with all packaging and tags etc.intact together with your receipt.We recommend that you retain all of the original packaging and tags until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods.We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used.In such cases the item will be returned to the purchaser.
(Please note carriage costs will be refunded only if the item is faulty or if it differs in any way from the advertised goods)
Before returning an item you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and obtain a RETURNS AUTHORISATION REFERENCE NUMBER by emailing us at seasonsfashion@hotmail.co.uk You must write your Returns authorisation reference number on the receipt.Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official returns number will not be accepted.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchasers card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties.
Please note if returning goods to our store a refund will be processed only through our Paypal account which may take 2-3 working days
Returns received after the 7 day time frame are accepted at the discretion of Seasons.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.
Please be aware that shoes must be reurned in their original box. Shoes returned without their original box will not be accepted.
It is advisable to send returned items by REGISTERED POST and to keep a proof of postage certificate as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been despatched and commenced their carriage to you we may charge you for the carriage of those products.We advise you to check the status of the order before you request cancellation.Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.
Damaged or defective goods
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage.If you find a defect or the goods are damaged you must tell us as soon as possible before wearing the item and refer to our RETURNS POLICY for instructions on how to return the item.
